Registering and verifying
Sign-up needs a Philippine mobile number, a password, and an OTP confirmation. Before your first withdrawal you complete KYC once, which confirms your identity and age. Review takes 24–48 hours and is never repeated.
- Accepted IDs: Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or PRC ID.
- You must be at least 21 years old — PAGCOR verifies age during KYC.
- Your GCash or bank account must be in your own name; third-party accounts are rejected.
Keeping the account secure
Because payouts move quickly, account security matters. Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, keep your registered number active for OTPs, and make sure the name on your wallet matches your profile exactly so approvals are never held up.
